Background Story: This aromatherapy blend was specially formulated for my first child, over 30 years ago. Back then, essential oils were not encouraged on pregnant mothers, but having studied in the UK, it was considered safe (as long as you used therapeutic grade oils). How to Use: Apply a small amount into the palm of the hand and rub all over the tummy, lower back and, bottom. Towards the last 6 to 8 weeks of pregnancy, start massaging the breasts to prepare them for the 'great expansion' for when the breasts become full to prepare for the let-down of milk that comes in when your baby is born. For best results, after a shower when the skin is clean and the pores are open.
