Aromaflex Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 or 2 business days.

Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders resulting in a product not being available, we email you within the day of processing your order.

We will process the first part of your order and let you know the estimated time of the remaining order. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note if the 3rd digit in your area code is a 7, 8 or 9 you are on RURAL DELIVERY POSTAGE/FREIGHT COSTS.

 
*We currently use NZ Post and Aramex.  We do our best to get your order processed on the same day, however, we are not liable for delays incurred through other providers.  Some-times delivery delays may occur due to holidays or weather conditions.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

This will happen when the order is being processed and you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Aromaflex is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Aromaflex is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products, there are no refunds. They are health products and cannot be contaminated. Please choose your products carefully.
