Mandarin Essential Oil is cold pressed from the peel of Citrus reticulata. Its soft, sweet citrus aroma is widely used in diffuser blends, natural perfumery, soaps and body-care products. History
Mandarin originated in Asia and was introduced to Europe during the nineteenth century before becoming established around the Mediterranean. Its name is often linked to the mandarins of imperial China, although accounts of the naming vary. The fruit has long been valued as food, while the aromatic peel oil is now used extensively in fragrance, flavouring, household and personal-care products.
