Shop Shelf-talker: 'Great little synergy to diffuse over the summer to keep pesky sand flies away. Safe to use neat & on camp bedding'.
Background Story: First created when Shelley the owner of Aromaflex was studying her Diploma in Aromatherapy in Scotland back in the 1990s. The miggies in Scotland reminded her of New Zealands Sand Flies, which also bit hard. When Shelley came back home from Scotland, it was tweaked a little to also combat against the NZ sandfly. Hence the formulation of this insect deterrent synergy. It works a treat and has been used for many years now by locals in New Zealand, and visitors going to the Abel Tasman park. Tried and tested over the years. Feedback has always been great, and refills of bottles are a sign that it really works.
How to Use: Use a few drops in a diffuser. Add a few drops (diluted in Lavender or Tea Tree hydrosol for example and spray on your arms and legs, face etc and clothes to also prevent being bitten). Add a few drops into a carrier oil and massage the body, or just use neat onto the skin. Excellent synergy to drop around the tent or your sleeping bag.
