How to Use: Use a few drops in a diffuser in your bedroom before going to bed. Add two drops on each side of your pillow every second day. These drops will not stain or damage your linen. You can also add a few drops (diluted in Lavender or Rose hydrosol for example and spray on your pillow and bed if your prefer). Add a few drops to your bath, shower floor or just inhale so small molecules of the essential oil will reach the olfactory system to send messages to the brain to relax and get ready for sleep.
