History
Spearmint shares many similarities with Peppermint but is considerably milder due to its lower menthol content. The ancient Greeks used Spearmint in bath water as both a tonic and fragrance. Historically it gained a reputation for supporting reproductive health and was also used extensively for oral hygiene, helping to freshen breath, soothe sore gums, and whiten teeth.
