History

In Spain and other European countries, Lemon was regarded as a natural cure-all, particularly during times of infectious illness. It was traditionally used for fevers such as malaria and typhoid and became famous for helping prevent scurvy among sailors on long sea voyages.

One of Lemon oil's most valued traditional properties is its ability to stimulate the body's natural defence mechanisms. It has long been used to support recovery from infections, assist wound care, help stop minor bleeding, and support healthy acid balance within the body.
