An ancient calming essential oil to use in diffusers, massage oils to relax, wind down, soothe away anxiety and/or nervous tension. Great to use diluted on the skin, for scars, and fine lines. Can use neat on old sun spots, great for that, initially stings, but then it calms down and balances out on the skin. Its chemical structure consists of: 40% Monoterpenes - air antiseptic, antiviral, stimulant, expectorant, good for liver & gall bladder, skin tonic, slightly analgesic - may irritate mucous membranes; 5% Alcohols - antiviral, antifungal, tonic, stimulant, decongestant, diuretic, uplifting, hormone-like, balancing.
