Our Quality Products and Promise

Only the best medicinal oils from around New Zealand and around the world and deals directly with growers, distillers and suppliers.

Packaging the raw product into smaller glass bottles and containers keeps the price more affordable and accessible to customers, clients and students.

Consumers have a right to quality and knowing that what they are ordering is the correct product.

All our products have the Latin name, common name, classifications, and in cases of blends, the largest quantity is listed first. 

We educate people in safe and effective uses.

By supporting organic led practices we are securing a better and healthier future for ourselves, our children and our planet. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Although Aromaflex takes every care and consideration to provide our customers with as much information and guidance as to the use and best practice of our products, any unforeseen reaction, irregularity, contraindication or adverse response to any of our products is beyond our control and Aromaflex cannot be held accountable for such circumstances.

Refunds

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

Aromaflex will credit you or replace in full, for the goods incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit, as long as we are notified within 5 days of receipt of the order.

We ask that you return goods within 14 days of receipt of goods. 

Returns

If you receive a damaged parcel or for some reason you don’t receive your parcel,please contact us to claim a full refund or replacement or to follow through with the post where the missing parcel has gone and a free postage return label. We ask that you return goods within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Cancellations of Orders

In the case of a cancelled order, you will be given a full refund as long as we are notified within 12 hours of making the order. If after that time, 50% will only be refunded.

Cancellations of Treatments

The full fee is charged for cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
